Stingrays Swim Team is committed to protecting your privacy online. Your personal
information is highly valued and we want you to know that that everything
possible is done to ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of the
information that you provide to us.

Collection and Use
When you
register with our Swim Team, we will need your name, billing address,
e-mail address, home phone number and credit card information in order to
process and register your swimmer(s). Rest assured that we will never
share or exchange your personal information with any other third party for
any reason.
On occasion,
certain aggregate, non-personal customer information (such as number of visits)
may be shared with third parties for the purpose of securing advertising for
the site.
Communications
When you
register with our swim team, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming
your registration. You may also receive additional e-mails regarding the status
of registration.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
Sycamore Stingrays reserves the right to amend this policy at any
time. The amended policy shall become effective and soon as it is posted. You
agree to review the privacy policy from time to time. Your continued use of
the site will represent your acceptance of the modified policy.
Security
Sycamore
Stingrays Swim Team offers a worry-free registration experience. We use the industry
standard for Internet security, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, to
protect your personal and credit card information.
We protect
all of your personal information, including your name, address, password, and
credit card information. For an additional layer of security, once your
registration has been completed, your credit card number is deleted from our
database.
