Setting your list of approved senders

This is how to set Outlook settings to create an approved list - also, other applications have similar functionality as well so try it with your provider.

In Outlook - go to the 'Tools" menu.
Tools>Options> Select the "Preferences" Tab (should be default).
On the upper area of the window is an E-mail section.
Click on Junk E-Mail button - this will bring up the Junk E-Mail Options window.
Click on the 'Safe Senders" tab to add entire domains to the safe list.
Click on the "Add" button
also in "@sycamore-stingrays.com"
click ok
click on "Apply" on the lower right of the Junk E-Mail Options window
click OK on the Junk E-Mail Options window
click OK on the Options Window.
