DOW STEWART
Dow will be returning for his second season as Head Coach for the Sycamore Stingrays. Dow is currently a math instructor at Monte Vista High School. He is also in his second year as the Varsity Swim Coach and JV Girls Water Polo Coach. Dow brings a lot of experience from his many years as a swimmer and coach in the area. His focus is to teach proper stroke technique to our swimmers. He looks forward to another terrific season with the Sycamore Stingrays.

LAUREN BRASWELL
Lauren is very excited to be returning as a coach for Sycamore. Last season Lauren ran our pre-season practices. She is currently a Senior at Las Lomas. Lauren is on the Varsity swim team and also played VarsityWater Polo for the last several years. Lauren was a Junior Coach for Indian Valley for 3 years and she taught the Guppy program for Indian Valley for 2 years. Lauren has been swimming competitively since the age of 5. She is looking forward to working with Stingray swimmers again this year!

STEPHANIE VARVITSIOTES
I have been a Sycamore Stingray since I was 7 years old, swam all four years at Monte Vista and this will be my 4th summer coaching for Sycamore! I couldnnt be more excited to get back in the pool and work with your children. IIm especially anxious to start another great season with the LITTLE STINGERS!! IIm a sophomore at the University of Arizona in Tucson and very active in my Psychology major and double minor in Business and Family Studies. Get ready for the best season Sycamore has ever seen!

ASHELY WULF
