In order to complete your registration, you need to select the jobs that your family will be responsible for this season. Each swim team family is required to work SIX (6) FULL MEET jobs and one half meet job at the 2 day League Championship Meet on the weekend of August 1 & 2 (subject to change). In addition, each family will be required to sign up for one (1) spirit/social job.

If you would like to be exempt from your six Full Meet jobs and your spirt/social job, you may opt to take on a Committee position, Committee Head position or Board position. Please see the descriptions below. Please note, that by clicking on one of the board/committee positions, you are required to fulfill that position during the season. If position if not fulfilled, then fines will also apply.

To choose your SIX (6) FULL MEET jobs, click on the desired job type below. Available dates for that job will be listed. Please choose "Signup To Work" if you would like that particular job. (Keep in mind that when signing up for jobs, it is helpful to have consistent workers for each job- thank you!) Once you sign up, you are committed and this job will be listed in the MY JOBS box on the left of the screen. If you are unable to fulfill your job requirement for a particular meet (even due to illness) you must find your own replacement for that job. If you do not show up or are late for any of your meet jobs, you will be charged a $75.00 no-show/late fee per job missed. A second infraction will also cause you to be: a)"not in good standing" with the team and b) charged another $75.00. You must be "in good standing" to be guaranteed registration for your swimmers for the next year.

All registering families will be assigned the "Championship Meet - Half Meet Job" . You will receive your specific job assignment when the team is notified by the League the jobs our team is responsible to fill.

Families that have only 15-18 year old swimmers, with no younger siblings, are not required to work jobs. Of course, if you would like, please feel free to select from the list and commit to work a job or two this season!

*If your swimmer is invited to an Invitational meet, your family will be required to work an additional job for that particular meet (usually an hour to 2 hour timer slot), as well.
