Oversees Set & Take Down Committees, Organizes and maintains Team storage closet, shed and equipment. Resolves any pool/meet equipment issues (ie: lane lines, BBQ, starting blocks). Organizes, plans and oversees Team Spring Clean-up Day.

SET-UP COMMITTEE (4) -
These members are responsible for setting up the entire meets equipment. You will work alongside the Facilities Director to get the equipment from the storage shed to the pool deck. You will be instructed on details. This position requires physical strength as you will be called on to move heavy/awkward equipment.

TAKE DOWN COMMITTEE (4) -
These members are in charge of taking down the equipment following home meets. You will work alongside the Facilities Director in making sure that all of the equipment is transported back to the storage shed. You will be instructed on the details. However this job requires physical strength as you will be asked to move heavy/awkward equipment.

SOCIAL COMMITTEE (4) -
Oversees and manages Social Committee, Social Event planning flyers and logistics, calendar planning, Spirit Week, Welcome Back Fiesta, Carbo Load, Awards Banquet, maintains Team Bulletin Board
